It would be nicer if all that stuff could do anything, of course.

![]() Yay! A new idea for an episode! Tons of non-boss bosses! |

really nice, man. Keep it up.
Can't wait for the episode... ![]() |

Ugh...
You have to use big tilesets if all that stuff is animated ![]() But it looks very cool! I'm looking forward to it!!! Maybe I should start working on my lvls again, too... I didn't work on them for three weeks |

Is it gonna be 1.23 or 1.24?

I have doubts about that picture being genuine. Look at that colored block around Jazz. He could have easily pasted it in. Also note how he jumps incredibly high with a standard jump on the other screenshots. |

EvilMonkey makes a valid point. What's with the areas of different color around Jazz and the ammo readout? And there is no way the background could be 0,0,0, not without everything leaving trails, which wouldn't be good as you just said things would be animated.

I assume the high position of Jazz in some of the screens could have been caused by float ups (seems to not be a possible explaination for one of them, though).
The ammo fired by the enemies I would consider almost impossible to make like that. Look at how big the (I'd assume) animated fires are. They'd require an extremely huge amount of animations. Some of the shots even seem to go diagonally, in different angles (are they going to home in on the player?) which requires even more animations. You'd have to put the tileset full of animations for this to work, and I wonder if you'd have enough animation slots. Even if that's possible, that seems to be bad design - it's probably possible to make challenging and visually appealing custom enemy animations without all this excess that seems out of place and just takes up space which could've been used for other things. The levels also seem to be rather.. flat. The ground's just a straight line without any slopes or obstacles, and the background is pure black. And then there's what Cooba mentioned, the top screenshot on the other forum uses way more than 256 colours. Is Jazz X a new JJ2 client? If you post screenshots, you should be willing to expect not only positive remarks but also criticism. If you appreciate quality you should be able to stand feedback so you can improve your levels.

Here are my questions:
-How many tilesets? -Is it just bosses? -Is there a storyline? -Did you make a program to allow Jazz 2 to use more memmory? -^ ^ colour? -How well done is the animation? |

There's also the fact that some of the earlier screenshots had no heads up display, and were in bizarre resolutions like 600x700 or something.
This can only mean one thing. This is clearly such a good level pack that it is beyond comprehension. Clearly. |

I have to say that talking about 1.25 is useless here. The patch isn't released and so you can't use the 1.25 JCS or other stuff.
The screenshots are quite good, and we'll find out if they're hoaxes or not. |
