No, it's a mistake. The game is actually called Ninja Rabbits II: The Buck Stops Here. It's a DOS game that was made in 1991, three years before Jazz Jackrabbit 1 came out, so that couldn't have anything to do with it. That, and the game is rather slow-paced compared to Jazz Jackrabbit. The difficulty is similar to that of JJ1 though. I can't beat level 2. X)

It's a pretty big mistake. It's on the title page and everything. I'm guessing it was translated to English after Jazz Jackrabbit was released. While you are being afraid of a flying dragon who strives to seize to you a head and pots falling from above as it is completely not useful for health of the hero, you get this feeling the game wasn't originally in English.
