Do you play with the spy window? Why?

Always, because of the extra information it gives, especially about the connection and level/tileset filenames.

Sometimes. It gives some useful information such as tileset\level filenames, lost packets, broken trigger positions (unsure?), etc..

And illegal events..except I got notified about that the most in Battle 1, which I don't need to be reminded of.

I used to constantly play with it on sometime 2003 or something for a handful of months, but then I just stopped for some reason and never really started again.

Always. I like knowing the levels/tilesets I'm downloading and knowing when I get CRC errors (cause mostly by someone saving a level while hosting) when things don't work.

I sometimes play with it on because it's useful for some of my projects.

Basically, since I learned memory modification I don't use this any more.(since 2000)
