Trojan in J2O's Download-section?

Hola!

In the last weeks, I tried many antivirus-programs to find the perfect one (Kaspersky's too slow, Norton suxx etc...)
But I don't need your help to find a good AV-Program! I post this for another reason:

Now, I tried a program called "Nod32". I heard that it is a fast and good program for older systems (It isn't btw )
This Program found a trojan in my JJ2-download-Folder:
3Times "Keylogger.Hotkey.A Trojan" in:
- hiddencolors.zip
- RaceUnlocker.zip
- JJ2captsf.zip

I searched for these files in the J2O-Download-Section. All of these Three "Utilities" are made by user "Gunout" (see here )
So, my question:
Is "Gunout" a faker or can I throw "Nod32" in the Recycle Bin?

I use AVG and it found no viruses or anything suspicious about any of those files.

And Kaspersky didn't too
and Panda didn't
and Antivir didn't
and Norton didn't
but NOD did...
Okok, maybe Nod is a bad program, BUT it could be that there's a trojan in these files

I'd say it's just a false positive. If Norton doesn't detect it, then it's 100% clean.

(But Nick thinks Norton sucks...not that I share his opinion, but I'd prefer to check a file with several AV programs, the only problem being that they all start arguing with each other if installed at the same time ).

I've temporarily disabled all Gunout's utilities pending more information. Admins/mods of J2O can still see/download the files.

JelZe: No application is perfect. That statement borders on dangerous.

Hmm... sounds like a false positive to me. Oh, and the link you posted doesn't list any downloads, so I can't check for myself.

Tentative results indicate that the files have tested positive for a keylogger.

See J2O for more details.

W00t. Trojan horses?

I remember trying to install a Rayman game and getting a trojan horse error aswell. That was false alarm though.

I remember that some time ago the file "jjhacker.exe" has been uploaded on J2O, with a virus too... But this one were deleted after a short time.

And yeah, I difinately think that Norton suxx. You needn't to think so, I do
Norton never find any viruses and creashes the computer. And if you try to uninstall it, you have to delete 1000s of tools manually... kk, my opinion, my old pc and my uninstall-skillz....
