Wierd programs in task manager

In the task manager (or whatever you callit- when ya press ctrl+alt+del) I've come across 3 new things which I didn't download:
Gmt
Cmesys
Gain
I didn't dowload any of them, the last thing I downloaded was a movie from kazaa ( >=) lol) and a new *.avi viewer. I can geuss that it/one of em was/were planted into the viewer...
Gain also made it-self a program group in start menu which I deleted yestarday and AGAIN today! I searched for "gain" in C:\ (my only hard-drive) and didn't find anything.
Maybe they're also the cause of my lack of system resources which was a scary 9% free this morning.
Tonight I am going to do a full virus-scan just incase but I don't belive anything will show up.

I just want some advice/info about my problem. =)

Gain is spyware from the Gator Corporation. As for Roseta:

Loadqm helps load things (obviously). It is normal.

Directcd is part of the Adaptec CD Burning suite. It is normal

I'm not 100% sure what Winmgm or Osd do, but most systems have them.

Realplay is part of RealPlayer, a music player. Normal again.

Service I'm not sure of. If there was anything to raise an eyebrow here, service would be it, but it is normal.

NavaPw32 is part of Norton Antivirus.

Systray is the system tray. Also normal.

Mmkeybd is something to be worried about. It comes on HP Pavillion PCs and is spyware that transfers keyboard data along with functioning the one-touch multimedia buttons on your keyboard. More information here.

Good luck

(Trafton: incorrect spacing edit.)
