Well, sort of... he isn't called Jazz Jackrabbit, but he looks a lot like JJA Jazz (mentally is like Spaz)! He's on a spanish game called Mathemagic (Matemagia originally). Man, even Zoe Cottontail (under the name of Nina Laplace) does appear!
In fact, this sort of fits onto the JJ storyline...

Mathemagic: Jazz is a 8 years old little rabbit, Zoe is a 15 years old reporter.
JJ1: Jazz separes from Zoe, grows up, becomes a bounty hunter and saves Eva from Devan.
JJ2: Jazz marries Eva, defeats Devan again with the help of Spaz (wich he found before).
TSF: He finds Lori at Easter, then he defeats Bilsy.
JJA: Jazz becomes divorced and joins the R.A.B.T., Spaz goes to the Weapon depot, Jazz finds Zoe again on the weapon depot, and defeats Dark Shell (family of Devan Shell).
