I have a problem with submiting or reviewing files. Every time i press submit even when i put my correct username and password it says it doesn't match

. Any tips or hints?

Get a new password.

I tried getting a new password but that also was not possible.

JCF accounts are different from J2O accounts. You have most likely not signed up for a seperate J2O account.

You already signed up for the JCF, as "General Hare". Now to register on J2O.
