Playing Jazz in DosBox is one idea, that takes screenshots. Screenscrew was a nice program, but it seems to no longer be around.

Backspace+F2. Screenshots are saved as Screen#.lbm in the same folder as the .exe.

The Now Approaching screens are a separate part of the program and do not contain the same coding. Backspace+F2 is only going to work in those parts of the program - I.E. the game levels - in which it is programmed in. If you want an image of the Now Approaching screen, you'll have to view JJ1 in a window, which by the way doesn't work in parts of the program where Backspace+F2 does, so they're mutually exclusive functions.

Dosbox is a program needed for those people who have operating systems that don't support DOS without help. If you don't know what it is you don't need it.

I've actually been able to get a few with the print screen button and they came out fine, so try Print Screen, minimize, Ctrl+V in Paint, maximize, Print Screen, CTRL+V in Paint and it should work. Well, that's how I get mine, anyway.
