XSD of course, since the XLM means 'Xtreme Level Makers' and the X was inspired from XSD's real name 'Xtreme Soldiers of Darkness'

Multiple clans have done this... As DS said a few posts above, XSÐ started XLM back in early 2004, but about 10 months later this example was followed by TcM (The Chaos Magisters) who created XDC (Xtreme Designers of Chaos) as a part of their clan.

Guess I should have added something about the group in question still being active.
