I love the expression. It's exactly the kind of facial expression I imagine Devan would wear while putting some diabolical plan into action.

Actually, I think the diabolical plan is currently being put to action.

I have nothing to add to this. It's awesome, and the coloring's much better than last time. Now he looks like a boss from Zelda: Wind Waker.
