.s3m format

Well, since everyone was so useful last time, I thought I'd try my luck again.

I managed to figure out the JJ1 .PSM 4.0 format by smacking my hard drive until it told me what I wanted to know. Now since I have been informed that .s3m (scream Tracker 3.0) is the closest format to PSM 4.0, I'd like to know if anyone here knows, or can find the format details for this. (Even a rough description would be nice, as long as it's less rough than the garbage I find on wikipedia.)

failing that, the .it or .mod formats would be ok too. (I know one of you knows how they work, they made me a new song for JJ1, c'mon people!)

Thanks in advance.
