Hey, all, hope nobody gets mad at me for asking a simple question. I just wanted to get a simple yes, no answer for the following question: Are tileset creators allowed to rip the tiles/sprites off of other games to use in their tileset? I'm already thinking no, but somebody else answer.

Generally, if you're specifically making a tileset conversion of (part of) another game, nobody'll bat an eye. However, making an original tileset that uses some tiles from another game instead of your drawing your own seems to be frowned upon. It's all or nothing.
