Public test builds

This is a central list of ongoing public tests of potential JJ2+ fixes/features, which will hopefully improve discoverability and engagement. If you have thoughts about individual public tests, please reply to those individual threads, not this one.

Standing and stomping on one-pixel-thick masks
Folders in the Home-Cooked Levels menu
Easier double jump physics
Incorrect function signatures in AngelScript modules
Don't force system colors
Fix bugs with colored names when joining outdated servers
Alternate layout for the player list that cuts down on unhelpful information and brings icons closer to names.
