Ergonomic keyboard problems...(Not Jazz related)

I've got this friend who has trouble with her ergonomic keyboard, the keys get stuck. She doesn't want to switch to a normal keyboard because she's already used to the ergonomic one, moreover she said she's going to suck at JJ2 once she uses the normal keyboard. I suggested spraying WD40 over it to loosen the parts, I don't know if that helped, though. If anyone knows how to fix this, your help would be greatly appreciated.
