I just downloaded the shareware version of TSF, and I don't really understand the difference between Spaz's sidekick and Lori's punch.

Is it just that she has hover ears and the punch, so she's kind of like Jazz and Spaz?

Lori's punch? You mean down-control? It goes less far, but you can also avoid damage with it.

After playing with her for a while, I realized her strong points.

You can start that attack against a wall and keep holding down the jump button. She will continue as long as you hold it down and destroy any enemy that dares to touch her.
