Which Msg bord is the Best Vbulletine 1.1.3

and it must be free or phpBB

or UltraBoard

Which Bord is the Best ?

VBulletin needs an expensive license. And besides not many free servers give you php and mysql acces. So I would go for an Ikonboard or for a UltraBoard 2000 Personal eddittion

Ofcourse, this is just my personal opinion.
