For whatever reason, the following pages will not load:

A. Log in/Sign up
B. Submit file
C. Any given article

Everything else works fine. And I have tried disabling my firewall, if that means anything.

Those all work fine for me. Maybe you happened to be trying to load them while they were offline for a second.

And in addition, around 50% of the time I reboot, I'm IP banned from the forums. >_<

Anyway, it's IE 6.0. And I've waited for a few minutes before in hopeless desperation.

I have no clue at all why it would do the first thing, except extraordinary stupidness of IE which is always present. Will look into the other.

What ISP do you have? Some AOL users have been having problems with this in a similar way to you. Even though no one on their IP is banned, they still appear as being banned, for some reason.
