Um your a bit confused. I don't think that a free board covered with ads and an ugly design is better than JCF. And whats the point of making another JJ forum thats exactly like JCF except with many faults?

no offence but i dont think any site can compeate with j2o as it practicly rules jj2 online.
j2o is probly the only place where people submit levels to, they have the biggest and best jj2 forum, a j2o member hosts one of the list servers for jj2 and j2o is not a free forum/website

I'm sorry but I can not express just how stupid this is! I mean whats the bloody point?! JCF has no ads a cool design, lots of members, GOOD admins, apropriate forums, blah blah. And now you make something with stupid ads, no members, newbie admins, horrible ugly design, too many silly forums and claim its better than JCF? I don't think so. Why are you trying to get people to join another forum? Whats the point is it just so YOU can be an admin or something? I mean really.

Sparky2002B, the overriding reason that a new forum will not work is that the JJ2 community is so small. One single forum holds us all nicely. If there were 10 times as many people, maybe other forums would be more successful.

There are in fact other forums for JJ2, such as clan forums, but they are for specific people to have specific discussions out of the way of the general forum (the JCF).

I wish that people would be nicer to others. This isn't really fair how most of you are acting. I was able to give the most important point in an objective manner, and it really was not difficult.

I don't think your forum thing will really succeed, Sparky. At this stage, comparing it to the JCF is not that great of an idea. The JCF has been around longer, has experienced admins/mods (as has already been stated), and also has Fquist. What more could you ask for?

Anyway, when you've improved your forum layout etc. to the point where it IS better than the JCF, THEN post this topic again =)

Even if the board itself was as good as J2O's you wouldn't stand a chance, a)JCf has a site, or rather a site has JCF, b)JCF has been around for years, c)even if your board softwear was somehow twice as good most of the people here are very loyal to to JCF and wouldn't go to yours (and probably say it sucked anyway).
