There are two files in the zip.

Europe.reg
America.reg

Either click on Europe.reg if you live in Europe or close or America.reg if you live in America or close.

WHERE DO YOU LIVE? IN EUROPE OR IN AMERICA?

IF IN EUROPE EXTRACT EUROPE.REG FILE TO YOUR JAZZ 2 FOLDER.

IF IN AMERICA EXTRACT AMERICA.REG FILE TO YOUR JAZZ 2 FOLDER.

GO TO YOUR JAZZ 2 FOLDER AND DOUBLE CLICK THE .REG FILE YOU EXTRACTED.

Okay, I'll make this as easy as I can.

Follow these steps:

Download the file I mentioned earlier.
Open it and extract it where you want.
Now, enter the directiory where you extracted the files and double click on the "america.reg" or "europe.reg" file depending on where you live.

That should do it. If you still don't get it post more information about your problem plzthx.

[EDIT] Cooba posted as I was typing D=

Doubleclick the file you downloaded and presss the extract button.

Did you download WinRAR?
If so, then double click the file you downloaded earlier (the listserver patch) and press the extract button and choose a location to extract it to. Got it?

Your bad.
Now, let's see if you can understand this.
1. Download the file.
2. doubleclick 'serverpatch.zip'
3. Select the file you need. (America.reg or Europe.reg)
4. Click 'Extract'
5. Extract into your JJ2 folder.
6. Click the .reg file.
7. Try to play JJ2.
