No argument. But I thought it was worth pointing out that there are more changes between 1.23 and 1.24 than just Lori and tilesets. As I recall, 1.24 has more memory available, and supports more episode files, for instance. And really, I wouldn't be surprised if there were other changes that people just don't know about.

Why aren't he allowed to revive this? It's still a relevant topic, and the point is to express one's opinion. Making such posts like yours sucks, drmoo. I still think it would be good if it was all in one version, but I don't see any good way of doing it at this time.

I, myself, am curious as to what this means. Is this something that could be generalized so that anyone hosting a server could be joined by both 1.23 and 1.24? If so, that would seem to at least go close to solving the problem.

Any server hosted with my multi-version hack enabled can be joined by players of all versions, with whatever issues that brings (in the case of 1.23 and 1.24, messed up anims - not big of a deal)
