Semi-final
St. Louis [0-1] Sperry (walkover) ... Her net kept crashing when we were about to play... Anyway, when she got it working, I didn't have time left to play, nor felt like playing too much. So, I'm out. Last edited by Raven aka StL; Dec 9, 2007 at 10:28 AM. |

Only 2 forfeits in this tournament, pretty nice. Fawful unfortunately was online for the entire day, but he forgot it was an evening tournament, lol. So when Warrior had time Fawful had to go
![]() And Well, St.Louis explained. Warrior somehow beat R3ptile, 0-5, 5-3 and 5-3 (BBlair, JE and Semi) in that order. Kinda laggy it seemed as I was the host. Anyways, finals are Sperry Vs. Warrior. |

I'm thankful you took this tournament ahead while I was away. I'm really sorry and I promise not to held a single-tournament unless I can arrange my timetable more carefully. Now to get this thing up-to-date...
Grand-Final Sperry [1:2] Warrior (Round 1 Semi 1-5) (Round 2 BBLair 5-1) (Round 3 JE 2-5)

well it kinda sucks i had to take care of more things than just playing my games, but i can't really blame you nor anyone else.. it might've not gone all that smoothly but at least this tourney does come to an end after all.

Warrior wins the first One-Evening Tournament. Congratulations!
I am glad this tournament went well, eventhough I kinda failed my part of it. Two games were forfeits, but at least the reasons for them were clear, so I don't feel disappointed at all. The two games I spectated were enjoyable to broadcast, and I feel we could do a tournament within a few months again. Next time I'd rather have a full-length tournament however, since helding a tournament like this within one Evening can be quite...risky. Special thanks go to Vegito, who hosted most of the games, and to R3ptile who quite much handled this tournament ahead while I was away. I must admit Warrior's win was very surprising, so eat your words Vegito? :P Now the final standings of the tournament are: Gold: Warrior Silver: Sperry Bronze: R3ptile Fourth: St.Louis {forfeit} Fifth: Robee Sixth: Anubis Seventh: Ana Eighth: FawFul {forfeit}

Let's see, there will be JDC 14 starting next weekend. We will probably have a few small JDC-tournaments.

They have never succeeded mainly for a reason that can't be fixed. It requires 4 people te be online simultaneously instead of just 2, and if any of those 4 have to go during the game, the game is pretty much screwed. And let's face it: tournaments with "walkover" for a result in about half the games aren't fun. Clan 3vs3 tournaments can work around this because there is a larger amount of players to choose from, but if you need the exact 4 correct people to be online, it gets quite a bit harder.
