...I didn't read the whole thing again, but I noticed that "for to vote" was still there. That bugs me... get rid of the "for". It should just be "to vote....". Oh, and you should edit the original post and replace it with the edited version, rather than posting it later like you did.

Oh, and I claim page two.

Try not to alternate between past and present tense. It looks bad. And the grammar (not just Yoda's) is kind of bad. But other then that, it's ok. (Though I've never been a big fan of the script format)
