I don't use controls. I psychically control the game with my mind.

I've also psychically claimed this page with my mind.

Here is what I like:

Right hand = arrow keys = directions

Left hand = actions:

Center Enter: run
Right shift: jump
Right ctrl: shoot
Space: select weapons
T: talk

My side scrolling games have always been Rshift - jump, Rctrl - shoot, arrow keys for walking, and the nearby keys for other actions.

But I am thinking of making ] to select weapons, since its closer than space, but just out of the way enough so I won't push it by accident. I also would like to use my Playstation 2 controller for the game with the adapter I have. The game let me set the controls, but only as joypad 3 strangely enough. But anyway, it won't work in the game. Maybe it needs to be recognised as joypad 1 to work, but it doesn't let me bind keys there.

For PC games, I NEVER use defaults. They are never what I like. Sometimes I might only need to adjust controls by a bit, but I never ever use default controls in any PC games.

I use arrow keys for movements.

/ = Jump
. = Shoot
, = Run
M or Space = next weapon

If I'm on a bad keyboard that can't handle simutaneous pressed keys, I'll just use N M and , (and probably have to use the stupid caps-lock for running on those keyboards)...

I usually use the default controls, except I put right alt as an alternate jump key, because I know that sometimes my finger slips off the key, so the right alt will cover me .

For Keyboard2, I use:
A - shoot
S - run
D - jump
Q - switch weapon
G - left
H - down
J - right
Y - up

I also have a Sidewinder Precision Pro joystick, which is quite difficult to use on Jazz2 and a Gravis Xterminator gamepad, but it hasn't been working lately .

4 Directional Arrow Keys=Up, Down, Left, Right

I use it for Jazz 1 and Jazz 2 - works awesome.

For Jazz 2, Run = Left Shift.

I use my gamepad for JJ2

I tried my analogue logitech controller, but the slight touch down and it would buttstomp, so I got a cheap 'Saitek Digital Gamepad P220' for only £10 and use that just for Jazz2
