It is turning out to be more difficult than I estimated. Yahoo has taken the liberty of deleting my attachments for me, but I will see if I can do anything to recover them. If not, I am afraid the project will be cancelled.

Trafton: If it doesn't work to have players send you their photos through email, they can all post their characters at my web space at MSN, and you can collect them all there. I can make a folder that anyone can upload to.
