We've lost with DM 1:32, but it was a really GG in my opinion. We were forced to play splitscreen again (Goku and Super are degraded for that, they both could come but didn't), but this time our CTF-lover, Mateusz was there. We scored this one point in the first half of first round (I think DM had 4 points then), later it gone so hard that we were dying pretty much constantly. With split it was hard to communicate with Matt, but at least we didn't let them to reach the score limit. Twice. The second round was even more heavy-arms (and bblair, I hate that level!). I was at defense, and had to wipe out tons of attacks. I saw on Spaz's half of the screen that he and Matt were just running to DM's base, waiting for the flag, taking it and dying within seconds. Matt was staying alive longer than Spaz, but it wasn't enough to score. In the last few minutes, I was so desperate I ran to DM's base and took the flag, letting my adrenaline go. I stayed alive quite long, blasting DM players with all I had (my half of screen was full of text!). At one moment I accidently tapped the down arrow key, and appearently STOMPED Fquist! They took it as I wanted to do that and FireSword has gone evil for such shame. :P There was also a scene when somebody killed SkulL and he started complaining about being only a tool of the game. With all this stress I couldn't stop myself from laughing. Much better than Snooz's cryin' how awful JJ2 is just when I came to the pregame server.

Well, the second round sucked...
First of all, two players stuck in the wall. Then the ultra-annoying Seeker PU bug occured. The power-up simply stopped respawning. After a while ChavRash decided, that he's not going to play without it and rejoined the server. Of course, I complained that it's not fair, because he was the only player that had power-upped seekers but, he clearly explained to me, that he didn't care about my opinion and GPW started the game. I was not able to rejoin because that would screw the order of the players (because Reptile was red, and VS were blue, so the game would assign me Rep's place if I rejoined) and it would futher delay the game. Ok, I ignored that and continued playing. We managed to score and the result was 2-2 then. The time was about to run out, so we all wondered, why Reptile wasn't there. MSN was checked, but Reptile wasn't there either. Everyone kept on playing. VS scored multiple times and the score increased to 6-2. Shadow said that the game should've ended already, and he didn't have more time to keep the server up, so we all decided to stop. Right after the match ended GPW said: "Hey, wasn't the score 2-2 when the time ran out?" "Yea, so it's a tie then!". Later that evening I saw on JJ2WC page, that GPW really counted that round as a tie. Now I'm forced to disagree with you. Neither there was a proof, that the time ran out exactly when the result was 2-2, nor you can decide on your own when the match ends. And the truth is that you DID keep on playing. Also keep in mind, that the round should've been extended because of two stucks and ChavRash's rejoin. To proof my point of view, I'd like to quote JJ2WC's rules. "Cup admins are able to enter matchreports and matchresults for cup matches (...)", "A cup admin (...) takes screenshots, enters match results and makes match reports (with screenshots) on JJ2WC." As you can probably remember, there were no admin present, therefore no one has the right to tell exactly when the match was over. And remember, the round should've been extended. "#The matchresults are entered in JJ2WC page by the cup admin or Supervisor. #If no cup admin was present for your match, screenshots of all maps played must be sent to the supervisor(s) immediately." Here's our screenshot: ![]() As a conclusion, I'd like to point that my intention wasn't to flame or insult anyone. After all, despite this result VS is not advancing to next round of the cup (big thanks goes to JSZ for that one). We'd only like you to admit your loss in Zaitox, it won't change a thing anyway. I felt obligated to proove that score, since It's the best achievement of my clan so far. ![]() =================== BTW. Pageclaim ![]()

We could do much better against FoR and TF. Remember Jippo isn't playing with us and we always have many difficulties each time we have to play...
Against FoR, Yasco had to play on Squirrel's house because their parents didn't let him use the computer, and he had to use six years old computer, but he was still the best. At the second round, we had to play with unusual team since there were only three available members.. the score was still quite close at the beggining but then Snooze stopped playing and just flamed everyone. Anyway, I just wish luck to DM, GpW, FoR and TF. In the next match, Fellowship of the Ring will face Total Freaks at 30\10\04 18:30 GMT. |

first of all, i didnt flame everyone. only the host, because he lagged alot for me, and he wasnt neutral at all. second, when i left the server, FoR had already won for 100%. so did it matter? no. i really dislike ppl who take jj2 too seriously (r3p) ![]()

The technical win against JSZ should not be factored in at all when deciding who moves on. Since there was a technincal win there it is thrown out in deciding who moves on to the next round.
Since VS has one round loss against GpW (I don't know the circumstances about this or if it is contested so please clarify) they are then put at the bottom. GpW has on extra round win after playing beating VS in one round as well putting them in the first slot. |

If the Zaitox round was a win for VS instead of a tie, we get GpW, DM and VS all with 4 rounds won and 2 rounds lost. It would sound reasonable to compare the points/falls ratios then, and I don't remember all exact scores, but I think it wouldn't change the standings. So in essence, I don't think it matters.

So how many rounds did VS play against GpW? 2 or 3? Since the website has neither a draw and I believe a 2-1-0 win for VS against GpW (no draw)

In VS vs GPW, TWO rounds were played.
In the first one on Semi, VS won 5-3 or 4-3 (if you count the flagbug) The second round on Zaitox was very argueable. Please read my previous post for more details...

I'm not sure that I've gone through all of the scoring possibilities but I think that no matter what GpW and DM will advance either way. I'll have to double check this after I get some clarification of certain rules though.

To clear things up, at the second round, the game was NOT supervised. R3ptile was only there like the 1st minute. We played like 40 minutes in total, when we realised r3ptile was gone, the score was 2-2, at the time we said it should be overtime, but never the less we continued, with some people searching for r3ptile... the game was really unorganised.
I don't know why this was even counted, but the final score was recorded as 2-2, which is a draw in the second round, which MEANS, we should do a 3rd round. But seeing that it's already recorded, theres nothing that can be done. At the moment I'm busy, so I can't write much, thanks. =p

Don't say JJ2wc sucks. It's the best clan-tournament on j2o-community I've ever seen.
And remember that jj2 is still like any other game you can play regularly and play it with a serious mean. But remember also that a game is just a game, so if you lose, you don't have to begin making death to others. You're still alive although you lost a match, or two. Also complaining about lag in everywhere, even with a neutral host when your ping is around 50ms, can make others very annoyed. 3hk's can also happen by a jj2-bug, so if you get a 3hk, don't always blame the host about that. JJ2 is a buggy game, but I'm still playing it. Allright then, this is beginning to sound like I would be explaining something for some newbies, so I don't have anything else to add.

(Shall I semi-joke as well then...)
Yeah, jj2 enemies...lizards, turtles, bats, ravens, rapiers...bubba, bilsy, devan, and many many others. I've seen quite a lot of replies by you Snooze, so I think you're not using the forums that seldom. Like a hippie says: "Make peace, not war." Sadly, but some people use it in vice versa.
