We're currently on the train heading to Vancouver by way of Seattle, and just left Eugene, Oregon. The train's a few hours late but hopefully we should make it before activities begin on the 2nd.

Okay! We are ARRIVED and are currently stationed in room 216, taking turns recovering from our journey through the use of showers. Apparently our room is the number of Satan and the Generator event in JCS... who knew?

Well, I'm getting all packed and ready to go; it's a shame the TVs don't allow us to play video games (accursed cable), but I'll be bringing my computer. It should prove useful for LAN parties and watching many, many movies (which are conveniently located on the computer).

I don't know if anyone is actually checking the JCF during the meeting (so I'll call ahead as planned), but if so, then please communicate to the others that I am planning to return on August 5th (Sunday) at approximately 5PM. I have to contend with two buses, a ferry, two more buses in the middle of seemingly nowhere, and then Skytrain, so there are lots of opportunities for something to go wrong. If I get stranded, then I hope that someone is willing to give me directions.
