Yea, he plays in the 3vs3,s like just a minute ago. He played so well that he gets his teammates enthusiasted about the game and he sort of blows will to play the game to the people who play with him.

If a leader generally declines every 2vs2 offer, he isn't the best leader.

... What about CC? They got Game-Leaders and lots of members. They have 5 different divisions!

Jerry, you do something totally wrong.
You just add some Game Leaders and Vice Game Leaders. You give them the power to recruit players, and make sure the clan is doing well. You yourself make sure the site stays updated.
Short: the leader can just sit on his chair and watch his game leaders do all the work for him. lazy clan leader
In CC we as game leaders cant just kick people though :P We'll have to ask the leader for permission ..
Oh, and if you want to start a new division, its better to start with 4 or 5 people already. So you dont start an 'empty' division. These people could be from the clan, or just friends who want to join RRs StarCraft division. Starting a new division with 1 person is just.. too hard >O
