I dont want to signup.

I have watched the lists, and some players will accept only duels against players they are sure they win. It makes no sense to play duel season, if players will get good rank like this way, it just sucks.

Chaos: True. The only time I've even gotten anywhere near winning was against someone called 'Chaos Anhill' and got beaten 8-10. Bah.
