They're not overrated. No one says u have to like em, but it's in these games that money is made. You can't exactly say they suck, cuz alot of the worlds gaming population says otherwise, but of course you don't have to like em.Sure it's a bit funny to compare jj2 tournaments to 1 million dollar tours and such, but still. There is a serious aspect to games of course, not to even mention that if people didn't find games important enough, we wouldnt be having this conversation.
Cuz the thing is, people can get just as angry online, as they do offline. So in this example alot of people are quite upset, it's only logical they take it seriously, it's not all that wrong as well I suppose, although it must look silly to 3rd party observers. E-sports does sound funny though, but since top gamers basicly have to train daily, it's easy to find a comparison with sports. And if we look at how fast it's growing, and how much money these gamers are making(www.thecpl.com , www.ggl.com) I think it's safe to say, it will definetly become more known around the globe. EHh a bit offtopic... just felt like saying EDIT: it.. ![]()

Can't CC just understand that they wouldn't win if they didn't cheat with LB like that?

Why wouldn't they win? Did they not beat most clans honestly, even though they didn't deserve the cup eventually because of the cheating?

Well I am sure that they would lose a clanwar there and there... if there was a CC vs [si] on SBv2, then CC would be just doomed, for example.

![]() ![]() ![]() And why would we lose a clanwar there and there? CC's poule was the other one as LB's. So technically, we just did the same (except that we beat [Si] in the round except the semi-finals) ..And 'for example' Make another example please :]]] |

if [Si] was active and played more, we'd kick your (-) in SBv2 gg :)

Secondly... if you were right the only reason Sbv2 would be played was because R3ptile knew that his clan would end up second in his group (if it wasn't for LB, that is), and he also knew that the level they'd have the biggest chance was Sbv2. You can call this an unrighteous accusation, but deep inside you know I am right ![]() Ohyes, and I also sort of agree with Anakin's flaming, which is probably edited out by the time I press "Submit Reply". It's nice to see that FQuist seems to see things clearly. |

Well cant argue with the fact that from what I know of the jj2wc2 warteams, and levels, C-C would most surely win anyway yes. But it is true on the other hand, the 1 fear C-C seemed to have was sbv2 and si, which was quite probable. I've seen them play there though, and can't say they don't get around ok.
Thing is, those are all big IF's, cuz [si] didn't make it to the semi's and C-C faked people, which ultimately lead to the nullification of jj2wc2, thus actually postponing the 2nd edition to january 2006. Although the way things look, it's quite probable C-C will have to fake half the clans on that tournament for it to even get started, due to the lack of active clans willing to participate...
