Very Important Rules clarification: do any of the characters/summons need to be next to the target to attack? If not, then do they require line-of-sight? Do spells require line-of-sight? Also clarify what "next to" is (are diagonals included) and what blocks line-of-sight, if anything.

The characters or summons need to be adjacent (diagonal counts) to attack, and spells do not require a LoS.

I'd suggest a slight change:

Water Elem: N, N, attack Unfooruman
Shuri: attack (assuming we don't have to wait after resurrection)
(rest unchanged)

We do. Even if we didn't, your plan wouldn't work as it would require Water Elem to have 4 movement points.

Evidently, in one of the dispells we forgot to add the thing that takes the spell out of the description. The other worked fine, though.
