i'm sorry but one person can't schedule, host and referee 16 matches per week and still have some free time

besides, the problem isn't about scheduling the matches. it's just that people are too unmotivated or lazy.

And yeah, people are too lazy. Maybe a supervisor for 4 teams is enough? Each 4 would be active and agree with teh time via e-mail or MSN ON TIME.

Duels are based on luck and lag. That's true and accept it :P.Of course, duels sometimes are fun, however 1v1 can't be compared to 2v2/3v3 because to win team game, you need more than luck :P
Btw. I didn't play the game serious [ LB vs mYm] because I couldn't focus. My 'teammate' instead of playing, was talking crap in teamchat and I must admit that in spamming during game he's good.

Duels are based on lag and luck? Now you really wrecked me up. You just cannot admit you are a bad dueller and find stupid excuses instead. Duels are mostly based on stratergy and skill, and the fact I used to play with around 550ms for two months and haven't lost a single match is a proof. Do you think Bob, Skull and I are just lucky? Sure, sometimes the winner is decided by luck, like everything in life, but saying that duels are only based on lag and luck is just stupid.

Lag does have a greater impact in duels, than in 2on2s though - since your teammate can't cover your airhits in a 1on1.

and r3p! Duels can be extremely fun with minumum lag. Today I dueled Mave at his CTO/3hk/220ms/airhit/fake carrot/bad respawn server. Mave was fun, he actually was leading the match but quit when I started to take more seriously and score points.
As you said Mave I have propably never seen you play seriously. I've seen you shouting and blaming me for not playing well, but never seen your incredible talent.

Yes, mainly because 2 on 2 and 3 on 3 tourneys don't seem to work these days.

Please not that this one is still going. The main reason tournaments fail is that the supervisor say "WE WONT DO THIS UNLESSW E HAVE 100 TEAMS!!!!1", and then unmotivated people join in.

no, you got banned because you left the tournament and then when you wanted to rejoin i was kind and let you play just with one forfeit loss and you still had complaints

1)First of all, I'm playing jj2 longer than you which means I'm more experienced than you are. So don't tell me what should I do. I won many games playing my own style (and seek pu isn't key on distopia, btw )

5) - You CTOoed when had 1 heart so I couldn't kill you

- You had 127 ms when came to server .When I turned my MSN off,ping was lower for sure ,
- You had one airhit though it didn't really matter because my seeks and bouncers got you ,
- There wasn't any fake carrot,
- You didn't say anything bad about respawn during game and it was on , btw.

6)@ Rep : I wouldn't say that DM were rusty.In JJ2WC1 they won with VS on Sbv2 6-0 but they didn't use their best [Spotty played instead of FireSword] .
In JJ2WC2 we did get a chance to rematch and we won. I know that you are trying to say that VS was lucky and I'm bad player but I don't care. =)

Ok people, group hug, group hug. All that people who haven't seen Mav and Sucer play, see here is them randomly accusing each other of being bad teamplayers. I suppose you're both decent enough players, but fighting over it here can't be good for anyone. I could be wrong, but wouldn't it work better if you asked your opponents for a little time out during the game, then ask your teammate nicely to change some of his strategy? (for the record, saying "[censored] noob, be rts", and getting all mad because your opponent made a little mistake, is generally not considered to qualify as "nicely". It might not be exactly what happened in this case, I wouldn't know, but I do believe it's not uncommon).

As for people not finishing their matches... well, can't they just contact each other over e-mail, and arrange a time for all 4 of them to be online at the same time? I'd say that randomly waiting for 4 different people to be on simultaneously can take rather long.
