Weird JJ2 Color bug

(This is just sometimes)When I have JJ2 in full screen the colors are messed up. This happened in the intro; Menus and levels both single player and muti-player.
example: I in a server and the colours are weird; this was with an official tileset; bright yellow colors and a bit of red or something.

Custom tileset:
Its a weird pink palatte someone made then someone wins; it goes back to the same lvl cause thats the setting then the palatte is red (something like that; I forget)

I never had this problem in windowed mode; when I switch to windowed mode then fullscreen again its uasually back to normal sometimes I have to do it a few times.

topic edit: oh yeah and the epic logo sometimes is a yellow/gold color with a bit of blue.

Any ideas what the cause of this bug/problem might be?
Its not a big deal; just wondering and intrested.

To be honest, I have no idea what the solution might be. However, the problem may lie in your graphics card. Do you have hardware acceleration on?

Are you running in windows 8-bit (256 colour) mode?

If so, other programs (and indeed windows itself) could be trying to use the system palette.

Right click on the desktop and choose "properties" at the bottom of the menu. Click on the "settings" tab and choose "High colour" or "True colour" if they are available.

If they are not available, you may be stuck with your problem (untill you get a better graphics card). Make sure you are not running any other particularly graphical programs.

My colors are set to 24 bit true color but I can change it to 16 true color. I had the same problem both in 16 bit and 24 bit.
And no I was not running any graphics programs.

Perhaps. I think its the computer or graphics card.
