Error with TilesetPal

I'm having a problem with tilesetpal. It's simple as this:
-I load my .bmp.
-I merge JJ2 palette, and reduce colors.
-I save. If I save Bmb, its fully black 1kb .bmp file, and if I save .psx, its same exept it gives me an error when saving the file.
...And now this sucks since I've allready made 4 "page" tileset in Bmp...
Any solutions for this exept "Get framework" since I have framework 2.0.

Can you send me anything you're working with? The original tileset bitmap, the palette you're using, the black bitmap you're getting in return? What is the error you're getting when you try saving as a .pcx? Also, if you can, show me a screenshot of TilesetPal after you've tried converting the tileset.

You can either post this stuff here or try emailing it to me. Use the email that's near the bottom of the ReadMe.txt file that came with TilesetPal. If you're going to send .bmp files, put them in a .zip (or .rar) file first.

Let me know when you send it if you're emailing it. I realize I may have problems receiving stuff through that email address.
