I swung the door open and walked through. Leetzan slithered in behind me, whip in hand. All of a sudden, the ground between us split in two and a great burst of fire came out of it. Somehow, I felt like I had seen that coming.

Rules clarification: does Dispell negate all spell effects, or only spell effects on target character, or only effects of target spell?

Negative and beneficial status effects on the target. I will amend the description.

Can you attack, use ninja speed, then attack again (Cause ninja speed gives you extra movement, boosting you from 0 to 2 after you've attacked)?

Nope. They set your movement points to 0 for the turn (you cant move after you attacked). But you can cast spells after you attack according to Risp, and I dont see why casting a spell giving you extra movement wouldn't allow you to attack if you cast it afterwards you attacked the first time.

If anyone has any better moves tell me now so I can edit/delete these commands.

Also, can you defend after a normal attack? I wouldn't think so, but I am just checking.

No. You can't defend after moving, and a normal attack counts as moving.

For the last time, it's impossible to use the enemy's spells with hypnotism because the hypnotism would wear off at the end of the turn- leaving you no time to use the spells of others. No biohazard for you!

Hm. How do you propose the Enchantrespere and Water Elem get to Spotty? There's only one open space adjacent to him, which would be taken by Shuriken.

You're actually the second or third person to make that mistake. What is it about a styrofoam cup that makes it look so ranged?

Defending shouldn't protect against the spell. I think the spell just has some initial shock damage too, though, as it seems to be reducing her HP fine now.

No, he was immoble for his last turn. Specifically because you used his movement up for that round.
