In Next Level field, type in ending.

Hmm, I also have another question. How do you make the lvl skip to the end-cinematic, so that ppl can type in their high scores?

Close: it's endepis (end episode)

As for highscores and cinematics, I'm afraid that's only possible if you make your own episode file. Episode files contain (as far as I know) the picture and logo for use in the menu, and the links to A) the first level, and B) a cinematic or the next episode.

The "endepis" setting merely triggers the level to say to the episode file "Hey, buddy, it's over, what's next: cinematic or a new episode?" However, the Home Cooked Levels episode has neither, so it skips to the main menu.

ending randomly picks whether to put you in main menu or to display final cutscene. endepis has poor pronounciation.

I'd say "endepis" is more reliable, no matter how dirty it sounds. And yes, "ending" does skip to the final cutscene, I stand corrected. However, after some experimenting, I found out it's not random. If the level is directly chosen from the list, "ending" just skips back to the menu and works like "endepis". If you got to the level indirectly (either via JCS or a previous level), "ending" triggers the final cutscene and highscores.

Put it on Layer 3. Be sure to set the relative speed of that layer to 1 first so it moves at the same speed as Layer 4 (your working layer).

Either that, or put it in layer 5. Again, set x and y speed to 1, so it moves like layer 4, where Jazz is in.

Remember, layer 3 is in front of Jazz, layer 5 is behind.
