Super Jazz Brothers 3 - My FIRST level pack ever (World 1 now available!)

I am currently making Super Jazz Brothers 3. I will post all my progress here.
Tilesets I am using are "SMB3: Grass Land" by Taz and "Mario 3 Day" by Spaztic. I may use the Mario Tilez for other worlds. I also may use other Tilesets as well as Mario.
I am using music from SMB3. I'm also gonna use some Super Mario World music too.
I don't know if I am going to have 4 stages in each world.
I also made the Bonus Warps impossible to cheat in. If you have JUST 1 more coin than required then INSTANT DEATH is what you get.
I am using the Alliance.xm music in the ABDUCTED level.

Current progress:

SJB3 INTRO (Options, credits, etc.): 100%

WORLD 1: 100%
World 1-1: 100%
Secret in World 1-1 (Toad House): 100%
World 1-2: 100%
World 1-3: 100%
World 1-4: 100%

WORLD 2: 22%
Journey to World 2: 100%
ABDUCTED: 100% (Added more colours and some cool lighting effects)
World 2-1: 2% (Just started work on this)

Not started yet:

WORLD 3

WORLD 4

WORLD 5

WORLD 6

WORLD 7

WORLD 8

OVERALL PROGRESS: 29.5 %

SCREENSHOTS:

World 1 is now available to download on J2O! http://www.jazz2online.com/J2Ov2/dow...p?levelID=4315

I hate to say it, but as good an idea as this is, using those tilesets isn't the best idea. They're fairly...craptastic.

Are there any better SMB3 tilesets anywhere then? Also, I'd like them to be from the SNES version of SMB3 not NES.

Hate to say it, but you'll probably need to make your own or recruit someone to help. As far as I know, there's no SNES SMB3 tileset out there. If there was, I would've used it in a Foo Race long ago.

Thankfully I know nothing about the subject, but is Mario Tilez at all what you're looking for?

Nice find UR but it doesn't have the Mario, Luigi or Toad sprites I am using.
Also, I suck at making Tilesets.

Well, it's not necessarily hard when you're ripping the tiles from another game. =P

Note: Hellraiser has a pack called Super Jazz Bros. The pack that I am making is NOT part of Hellraiser's. It is also NOT a sequel.

Sorry, but I have no idea how to build tilesets.
What's the file extension on it? I think it has to be a .J2T file in order for it to be used in JCS.

... GIANT GEM?
Bejeezus, the Heart Fruit of the Super Happy Tree from Yoshi's Island was a better plot device.

That plot might not be in the final version. I may change it a bit.
I don't have the Heart Fruit in any Mario Tilesets.
I only have one Yoshi's Island tileset but it's REALLY BAD! Are there any other YI tilesets?
I searched J2O for YI levels but there was only one by KJAZZ and it's not good.

Eww, don't like that screenshot at all. I know those tilesets have almost no eyecandy possibility, but you should be able to do at least SOMETHING to make it look all right.

I never said to use the Heart fruit, I was saying the item as a whole is alot better than a Giant Gem.
And my b yo, I meant Yoshi's Story.

I like JJ2 SP games that have a theme of another game..

When this is released I will probably download it..And many other "Super Jazz Bros."

That seems to be a broken link.

Edit: The link in the first post works, but apparently I lack the tilesets to play the whole thing.

I have changed what happens. Jazz/Spaz is on his way to World 2 when suddenly he's abducted. The screenshot isn't World 2-1. Jazz/Spaz has to find a way out.

Well, it's impossible to make a good level using that tileset. You should know that.
