The first SFC pack.
Temple of the scarabees is a normal SFC level, A cold place to be is a Team SFC level. If you want to ask anything about SFC or these levels, feel free to ask.
First, here’s an explanation of SFC for you who don’t know.
Search For Coins. There can be up to 8 players. There has to be a mod room again, and all the 8 playing players can choose their holes. The start stuff works exactly like LMS as you can see. But the goal is different. It can either be hosted in battle or treasure, that doesn’t matter much (when it’s battle you can be slowed down, that can make it more fun, but with treasure you can make it easier to see who won). Every person has his base, with a trigger zone. The goal is to go to all bases and touch the trigger zones, faster than the others and then go to the ‘goal’ place (should be in the middle of the level). You can only enter the goal place when you have all 8 triggers (in my levels they’re usually called coins) on, and the person who can enter the goal place first wins! There CAN be more than 8 players, that will only increase the fun, because you can play with teams. One can go get all the coins (and only do that, because the buddy won’t get the trigger zones enabled) and the other can defend to prevent evil people from taking the trigger zone, that’s Team SFC (looks a bit like CTF). There can also be a judge at the finish place to see who reaches it first, if it’s Battle, otherwise, in Treasure, you can see it automatically. Concept invented with Link. Our first SFC level: “Cracco Robbery”.
Have fun. :)
Okay, the SFC, the newest gamemode I have seen yet by Craccoboy.
The single player gamemode is really good, it’s like a puzzle, and a race in one.
You have to run around in the level and collect 8 trigs, hidden well.
The invinselbel maze is tricky, it should have been more easy, the best choise to start with is that trig.
Also the trig hidden in the tree should have been hidden better, it’s the most easy of them to collect.
The poles and springs that defends a bug is kinda buggy, you should fix it and reupload it.
The eyecandy in the level is really good for once, spiders, and whatever you’ll find.
I like the system in the start, but when you’r new to it, you should place some text for explain, that could be kinda usefull.
Now the team mode is really disappointing, it’s used for treasure hunt, so you can’t kill your opponent.
It should have been CTF mode so you could kill your opponents, then it also would have this race in itself.
Throught it only could be 2 teams.
Sinice the team mode is so bugged I won’t included it in my rating.
Overall, you should download this for get the single SFC.[This review has been edited by Moonblaze]
These levels are fantastic!
Great Music choice, cool tilesets, and only a few bugs…: in the Temple of Scarabees, the ‘water level’ use is very good, but the water don’t ‘disappear’ again, if you jump right up.
in the ‘A cold place to be’, i wanna note something: THERE IS ONLY 1 SNOWBALL..!
but the idea is Great, i would host it online, if my server wouldn’t Ping deletes hes firewall
A 9.5 for these Ecellent Levels. now i’m going to eat my dog… err, my HOTdog… err, Never mind[This review has been edited by Snowball]
No effense, but your tilesets are ripped everywhere and they’re bad looking. The gameplay is way too confusing. But not half bad.
Actually, Cazz, both tilesets used have no ripped tiles whatsoever, other then things like destruct blocks.
“Temple of the Scarabees” (did the author mean Scarabs?) uses CH, Cracco Haggard. The eight “coins” are hidden in weird places, once of which I had to use the map for. (It being in a maze of invisible blocks) The level itself is kind of annoying (especially where I got stuck), though I like it some places. Tip: Don’t use so many H-poles right next to each other.
“A cold place to be” (interesting name) uses CK, Cracco Kool, the remake of CW. This one has “coins” that are easier to find, easier to get to, etc. There are also snowmen here and there, with interesting things to say. (Refrences to other tilesets, often) The down part about this level is that one part is impossible (from what I could tell) to navigate as anyone but Spaz.
The eyecandy in both levels is ok, though I’ll admit I’m tired of lots of little 1×1 tiles in a cloud formation.
Although it’s a bit hard to get around in the levels, they are navigatable, to an extent.
Overall, the SFC pack is worth your download, even if you might want it more for SFC itself then the levels.

Both the tilesets are both DRAWN (with some help from ET) Cazz… :)
Nothing in this tileset is ripped. It’s a very nice level. I think that more levels should use this game mode.
level is pretty good…tilesets are, evil…8.7 from me.
