I have no idea what to say at all.
First I want to say, fine music choice!
At the end of the level there were some pretty cool MCE’s, but they didn’t have a very big function. The use of bridges was pretty unique as wel.
But the area is way to huge, and I don’t see people battling in this.
Anyway. I think a 4.2 is perfect for this one.
First of all the tileset is not included, I recommend fixing that in a reupload.
Second, I agree with newspaz, but the rating could be a little higher so voila…
I agree with the other 2 posts.
You used my tileset properly pretty much throughout the level, so I’ll make the score a bit higher.
The layout of this level needs work. Types of ammo are cluttered in one area in parts, and the fact that there are dead ends really doesn’t help. Graphically the level is fine though, although I don’t like the cloudy background. (I really should take that out of the tileset ;P). No points lost for that though, because it is my fault.
