Medium-sized CTF level set on a rugged, windswept cliff high up in some faraway mountain range.
Dragons have been known to nest here.
EDIT: Removed a stray tile.
EDIT 2: Level now uses a purpose built .j2t instead of imported tiles as this was leading to increased chances of AVs.
EDIT 3: Replaced the animated tile torches with sprite based ones as for whatever reason these were causing AVs.
EDIT 4: Removed several of the springs; layout adjusted to accommodate this.
EDIT 5: Slightly improved the flow at the Blue base.
EDIT 6: Fixed an annoying tilebug.
I’m not much of a multiplayer, but I definetly like this level. It’s very atmospheric and this atmosphere is intensified by music. I’ve noticed a teeny-weeny tilebug here: https://yadi.sk/i/zZ0gLKSD3a2ipR
Visually great. Gameplay is good. Nothing more I cant ask.
TDE has a few quirks, like caves that have magical solid invisible surfaces and a few minor questionable balance issues pertaining to the C and base placement. However, the layout/item placement is technically very solid, with the exception of a few flow/spring adjustments. The eye-candy/theme also satisfy.
this level had lots of bad springs, but all the worst got removed, ok level now, nothing remarkable.
Eat your lima beans, Johnny.
