Yes boys and boys (since it's mostly boys who come, but please come some girls so I am not out in the cold), it is that time again to plan in a mad rush..... the JJ2 European meeting. Since it seems to be people in the Netherlands who tend to plan the meetings, it will be held here again. We welcome ideas on dates and places to have the meeting. We should have a poll up and running soon on the date question, but you can let us know what you think. All comments are welcomed and I will take notes if you contact me.

I actually said 'no' to 12/13 and 17/18 however I am not quite sure. My girlfriend (SpR) will come to the Netherlands that week and I have no idea what we're planning to do then yet. Lol. I guess 17 or 18 July will do fine for us too . I got no clue if she would want it either ;p

How much people have you scheduled coming? Leen said she won't come. From the original doodle list that leaves you, JelZe, Newspaz, Alister and me. I have not heard wether Alister will come or not. From July 18 to 20 i have a possible weekend with friends scheduled, and I would like to have more of a reason to come to EU08. It'd probably best if you posted the list somewhere.

I'm unlikely to come, as it's too expensive. I'm waiting to see if any last minute low-price travel offers come up, but it's probably not going to happen.

Well Frank, please go with your friends, and I hope no one shows up, because we have decided to cancel it. I want to thank the people who honestly wanted to come and have a nice day with some odd yet fun people and who made an effort to help us. If there is anyone who would like to get together this summer, please let us know.

Btw.....

I will not be planning any further meetings. I tired since May to talk to people about it, and if I could not find a better reason for people to come, well that is their loss.

Last years meeting was fun, even though that one wasnt .. crowded either.
Maybe next year or later =)

We are more then happy to get together with a group that wants to get together. Like to the beach, or a picknick, or something of the sort. Even if it is this summer. Anyone interested, let me know.
