network error, connection timed out..what does that mean?

Question network error, connection timed out..what does that mean?

I get into jazz to play and play for 53 seconds and then get "network etrror, conntection timed out" What does that mean and how can I fix it??

If it was a network problem (like dsl routers) it would be 30 seconds but...

It means that you've lost your connection to them becuase you haven't recieved anything from them in 30 seconds and they haven't recieved anything from you in 30 seconds... so you both disconnect from eachother so you're not left there to lag(possible?) or roast.

Are you behind any sort of firewall (ZoneAlarm, etc, or routers)? If so, you need to allow JJ2 to be directly connected to another computer. If you have a software firewall, make sure it is giving JJ2 direct connection priveleges. If you have a router, go into the settings (http://192.168.1.1) and forward ports 10052 to 10054 to the internal IP of the computer you play JJ2 on.

If you do not have a firewall or anything, try contacting your ISP about it.

I tried everything you epopel said..
I just hooked my computer up the the internet not with the router and it worked but I get "server kicked you out" does that mean someone botted me?

Basically, "Kick" Is the same as "Boot" (Some games say boot, whilst others say kick) So yes, you were booted off by the server of the game.
