Left one. The high contrast shading adds evilness.

I say it is a tie between the first and second. The blood in the second is less stupid looking, but the glow is more stupid looking.

I like the middle one the best. It looks all glowy and evilly without going overboard.

Hard edged shadows work well with that style, methinks.

The third one since it looks truest to the origional inspiration.

The first one...no.

The second one looks south park-ish...

Close tie between the first and the second...
Radium was right about the contrast, but contrast also adds simplicity, which kind of defeats the evilness.
The second one is neat, but the eye-glow is cooler in the first one. Although it's a little hard to figure out.
Guess that leaves the middle one.

Combine the first and the third and you'll have a nice piece of art there.

The one on the left works best for me. It matches the simple style of the rest of the character better, I think.

I vote for anything but the middle, but partial to the left.

I think the left one is the best by far. But, the shadows do feel a little too dark. You could try 75% of the current darkness. Of course, that's just my opinion.
