Open Canvas Art
I just whipped this up with Open Canvas.
![]() ![]() The program is freeware if anyone is interested. It is also capable of online multi-user mode, where multiple artists draw on the same page over the net. I've had my tablet for a while, but this program is the only one that really gives me reason to use it much. |

Here's one I just made.
![]() I haven't done enough color images lately. And no groveling at my feet. :P LOL I made this image in one sitting. Earlier, I had to take days to color something like this, but I find it much easier with Open Canvas. GIMP is not compatable with my tablet anyways. |

I wish I was against Open Canvas so I had something to complain about. Could you possibly name any way that it might be (a.) conning you out of money, (b.) eating your soul, or (d.) hiding things from you?
And I agree with Blaze.

Uhm. Well, Open Canvas is easy to color with, so I'll be doing more colored art. So I don't see how that would be evil... But then again, they could have made it easy to color with because they want me distracted while the program hides my games folder, eats my soul, and steals my credit card numbers... which I don't really have, making it all the more mysterious.

The program in its latest version is no longer freeware, and whoever makes it no longer hosts the free version on their site annymore... but that doesn't mean others can't host the freeware version instead ^_^
http://artofdreams.free.fr/tutorials/tips_oc1.htm *shing!* Sparkle Sparkle :P Drawing with others is the most fun when one of those people is partially or completely insane. |

Thanks. I can churn these out in one sitting, too. It is nice.
![]() I worked with tints in this one. Yes, I did sloppy on the body structure. Last edited by Hare; Oct 28, 2003 at 01:47 AM. |

trial version? CD key? You must have went to the official site. They don't support the freeware version any more, so they don't have it.
The direct link to the program is here: http://artofdreams.free.fr/oC11b68.zip |

Nice pictures, by the way. Except the tail on the third one looks more like a log or something than anything else. |

Gummi, I cried too. I was about five or six, but I cried. I cried easily back then.

She said she cried while watching the Lion King, not "The Lion King scarred me for life". heh.
A friend did a fan picture that reminded me that I used to draw Toca with a super touch of cuteness. I like my newest version, but I still like the cuter version too. So I tried to draw the cuteness once again... I guess I still got it ![]() Once again, some changes in how I draw were inspired by Disney art... ![]() |

...Well actually.
This summer I've watched Lilo and stitch and cried. And I've recently cried in the beauty and the beast. ;P |
