Of hard drives and heat.

Do I need a cooling device for a hard drive that spins at 7200 rpm?

The board is about 26.3/79.3 Degrees right now.
The Power Supply 40.4/104.7
The CPU 46.9/116.4.

I have two drives in my case that run at 7200RPM, along with plenty of other things inside that run hot. Just make sure you have good ventilation in the case/around the drives, and you should be fine.

Probably not. Having a cooling device will probably not dramatically increase the performance, but it may increase the life of your drives.

Some cases have a spot for a fan right in front of the drives. If this is the case, just get a fan (cheap) and pop it in (the air should be flowing toward the drives). If there is no spot for a fan, you would need a cooling thing that fits in a hard drive bay (these are more expensive).
