If you know how to make your signature

play music
show pictures WITHOUT uploading them
make the signature text colorful
Then please tell me how! Answers for any of them will do. Just tell me how to do it(if it's possible).

2. Any image you want other people to see through the Internet must be somewhere on the Internet.

1) play music
ERM. NO.

2) show pictures WITHOUT uploading them
Okay, might as well have the JCF hack into your hard drive and read the picture file itself.

actually you should check how this other message board does their pictures if you wan you can check it by going to www.mmxg.redi.tk, my avatar(picture by my name) is not uploaded all it had me do was browse my computer and find the picture all it had to be was somewhat small, a jpg format and 7k it doesn't seem to difficult so I wouldn't say that a picture has to be on the internet for others to veiw on the net.

What websites like that do is they upload the files from your computer onto their server. Oh, and don't revive topics this old.

Holy topic revival, Batman! ;-P

Anyways, that would not keep the file on your computer. That would be impossible. It uploads it to the server.

It is IMPOSSIBLE for a file to be seen unless it is uploaded onto the internet.

Websites have the ability to upload a file directly from your computer. Jazz2Online is a good example. You choose the level file. You click on the "Upload Level" button. J2O then uploads the level from your computer onto www.jazz2online.com.

I've explained this once, and I'll explain it again. Your hard drive would actually have to be ON the Internet for HD pic hosting to work. Since your HD is only on your computer, and not on a server so everyone can access it, so there.

If you have a webserver, part of your hard drive is on the internet.

Your computer is already part of the Internet. You can even create your own internet (intra-net, inter-net, internal network) with a massive network, but the Internet as we know it, you are part of it , since you MUST upload/allow-download of something in order to log into ICQ, access web sites, et cetera.

Think of one of those stupid file share programs - what are they without the users uploading and downloading from each other? They are but the link.
