I tried to create a small level, it uses a standard tubeelectic tileset.

And also, 1 tile on the top, I put there an event "buttstomp destruct", but it is not present since the level is loaded..

This is more JCS than Technical Help, but whatever.

If by "works weird" you mean how everything leaves trails, that's because you have nothing in layer 8. Layer 8 should have no transparent places at all.
As for the tiles that don't show up, that's because you're placing events like Buttstomp Scenery on top of non-animated tiles. For more detail, look at "Buttstomp Scenery" or something at this link:
