No demo rule

As we all know there's a rule saying no demos or betas are allowed. However, if you start a pack, but abandon it, is it allowed to upload it?

Not that I have something unfinished worth uploading, I just would like to know.

Ha, I don't see the reason why that would not be allowed. Lots of people do that, I was going to do it a few times. I never finished Unofficial JJ3.

Of course you can upload something abandoned and unfinished.

I started so many packs I didn't finish.

That's the reason why I stopped working with JCS, I'm either getting out of ideas or am unsatisfied with my work.

The rule is just there so people won't continue to upload new versions or complain when these downloads affect their rating average. Go ahead.

Just say we consider demos waste of space, since if the full version gets finished (people don't bother anymore, so it's "if"), we'd have levels double.
And we can't have that now
