It works without the www. We can't keep spoon feeding stuff, if Zapper can't copy and paste stuff into a URL bar or find easy spelling mistakes, then I think Zapper should get the Darwin award.

The upload feature has been disabled ever since it became a feature. (I don't think it's broken.) You'll have to rely on external web space for hosting pictures so you can show them on this forum.

And if you're one of the lucky select few here that gets access to chaos.foxmage.com (Like I do) then you get to upload any kind of file to the webspace. Maybe if you could ask someone nicely though, you could get your files hosted on their server. Best bet though is to stick to such sites as ImageShack for images, and http://rmp.3.forumer.com/ or http://www.sharemation.com/. I haven't really checked out either site, I just got them from a list of links. Still, you might want to try them if you need to upload files like Jazz2 levels.
