I am using windows xp, windows friewall. I press exceptions then add port then add the name (I can choose whatever I want right?), for the port number I put 10052 then TCP, I put my IP adress. then... i play, it didn't work! what did i do wrong???

If the Windows Firewall is the only firewall you have, and you don't have a gateway or anything, then all you have to do is just add the Jazz2.exe program in Exceptions. If that doesn't work, you'll have to figure out what else is blocking your connection.

Open 10052, 10053 and 10054, not just 10052.

TCP and UDP for ports 10052 and 10054.
