I can't seem to figure out how to make ammo/food reappear. How can this be done?

add a Generator

When you choose the event, in the bottom left corner of the events window you check 'make genorater'.

U know what Delay is may i hope?

The larger delay, the more time it will take before it reappears. Except that 0 is slower then 1, and 2, and 3, I think. Maybe even 4. If you want super fast spawn, use 1 delay. Or the "Bees" event.
